Follow the Prophet — Jacob 1–4

Come, Follow Me: Book of Mormon 2024 (April 1—7)

When he walked into the hospital room, I knew he was someone special. There was a twinkle in his eye as he drew a picture of the heart and explained the surgery he would perform. It was very frightening to think he would crack open the chest of my father and physically touch the heart and the valves running into it. But we heard he was the best, and he was.

President Russell M. Nelson saved my father’s life with his hands. Now, he is saving my life with his words.

  • God loves effort.

  • Increase your capacity to receive spiritual revelation.

  • Make the temple your spiritual foundation.

  • Let God prevail.

  • The answer is always Christ.

  • Experience the healing power of gratitude.

  • The joy we feel has little to do with the circumstances of our lives and everything to do with the focus of our lives!

  • Women have access to priesthood power.

  • Overcome the world and rest.

  • Think celestial!

I can’t wait to hear more.

Jacob gives the perfect advice on what to do this General Conference weekend:

“O all ye that are pure in heart, lift up your heads and receive the pleasing word of God, and feast upon his love; for ye may, if your minds are firm, forever” (Jacob 3:2).

Are you ready for the feast?
